There are many possibilities: * You might not be holding the calibration board still enough. * You might not be showing enough different positions and angles. * You might have entered incorrect calibration board parameters. * You might have been missing frames during recording. * Your recording might be desynchronized. * Your cameras might be too far away from each other. * Your cameras might be too far away from the center.
